San Ramon

I am always very comfortable when I visit J&D. I always feel I can relax and be myself. We started off by mowing the lawn together, and then the kids and I took a bike ride down Iron Horse Trail looking for Cal High. We never found it. We had a nice dinner at a barbeque place. I did not get a chance to show any of my slides except on the computer. One of the girls showed great interest in them though.

Plans to go to the water park on Saturday were quashed by the cold weather. It was good to fell air with at least some kind of moisture in it for a change. We went on more bike rides and had a good time just hanging around. J did a great job of barbequing some ribs.

Sunday I washed my clothes. I was surprised I was about to run out of my primary sets already. We went to the local miniature golf and fun place and played a round. I think we all enjoyed it. In the afternoon we saw the Lakers luck out and win again.

I really enjoyed my stay there and it made me wonder if I could live in such a place. It almost seems like the Garden of Eden with trees, grass and flowering shrubs everywhere. Even the grocery stores have an air of cleanliness and pristineness that I am not used to. What would I have to complain about?
